Drink Water

DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immedia...tely afterwaking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value.  For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:
Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fat, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.

 METHOD OF TREATMENT

 1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water
2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute
3.. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.
4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours
5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.

The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/reduce main diseases:

 1. High Blood Pressure (30 days)
2. Gastric (10 days)
3. Diabetes (30 days)
4. Constipation (10 days)
5. Cancer (180 days)
6. TB (90 days)
7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards – daily..

This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.

The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals ..not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain...
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.
It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.
Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine.
Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life. Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active.

Seasons of trees

Seasons of trees

In spring
The trees
Are a beautiful sight
Dressed in blossom
Pink and white.

In summer
The trees
Are full of treats
Apples and pears
And cherries to eat.

In autumn
The trees
Are red and gold
And the leaves full down
As the days grow cold.

In winter
The trees
Are bare and plain
waiting for spring
To dress them again
.

10 Best Fat-Burning Foods

The fastest way to change the way you feel is to change the way you eat. Our metabolism is like the fat-burning motor. The body tries to convert everything we eat into fuel; some foods just deliver better results than others. High-quality foods actually burn fat and keep the body running at optimal levels. Low quality foods deliver low quality performance. So eat these "fast foods." They power up the metabolism, boost energy levels and burn more fat even while you’re resting.

Low-Fat Dairy Products

Calcium is a metabolic trigger. Skim milk and yogurt are rich in complex carbohydrates, which boost your metabolism by keeping insulin levels low after a meal. High insulin levels signal the body to hold onto fat. A study of dieters done at the University of Tennessee found that those who ate 1200 mg of calcium a day lost twice as much weight than those who avoided dairy.

Hot Peppers

Capsaicin, the chemical in jalapenos, habaneros, and cayenne peppers gives them their bite. It speeds up heart rate and boosts metabolism. A study reported by AOL Health found that eating just one spicy meal a day boosts metabolism by up to 25%, and the calorie burn lasts for up to three hours after the meal
Green Vegetables

They’re a dieter’s salvation because they’re high in fiber and low in calories. In addition to their numerous health benefits, their slimming powers come from the fact that the more you eat at a meal the less room you’ll have to eat other foods that might not be so wonderful. Asparagus is especially good because it’s a natural diuretic that flushes out the system and minimizes water retention. Studies are also showing that it may play a role in fat breakdown.

Good Fats

Olive oil and avocados are great sources of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats. The oleic acid in olive oil stabilizes leptin (also called the satiety hormones). Avocados are also a great source of fiber.

Berries

Blueberries contain more antioxidants than any other fruit. Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and grapes are also good. Aside from their many other proven health boosting claims, a cup of fresh or frozen berries contains about 6 grams of filling fiber.

Nuts

Almost all nuts qualify: almonds, walnuts, pistachios, etc. contain protein, fiber, and "healthy fat" that helps keep you feeling full. Snacking on 24 almonds will keep you feeling far more satisfied than snacking on the same number of rice cakes. Nut butters count, but buy ones that don’t have added sugar. Peanut butter is particularly good because it’s high in Niacin, which prevents bloat.

Tea (Hot Or Iced)

In a Swiss study, tea drinkers burned 266 more calories per day than non-tea drinkers. Green tea is the best; it has a chemical called EGCG that causes the brain and nervous system to run faster, which burns more calories even while the body is at rest. Black and white teas are also good. Avoid heavily processed bottled and canned tea drinks and brew it yourself.
Coffee (Caffeinated)

Caffeine speeds up your heart rate and helps burn more calories. Even though the caffeine in the Mocha Frappuccino counts, it’s full of sugar and fat. It’s best to get your caffeine with low fat milk and go easy on sweeteners. It’s been shown that taking caffeine before a workout helps you last longer and consume more oxygen during the workout. The more oxygen you use, the more calories you burn.

Whole Grains

These are a great source of complex carbohydrates and fiber. Look for "whole grain" or "whole wheat" products. If the label says "wheat," there’s a good chance the processing has stripped of its fiber and nutrients.
Grapefruit

It’s been praised as a diet aid for years. Grapefruit is high in pectin, which breaks down body fat.

4 Health Benefits of Eating Apples

This popular fruit has a lot more to offer than taste, however. Packed with antioxidants and other healthy substances, apples boast a variety of health benefits, giving credence to the phrase “an apple a day keeps the doctor away.”
Antioxidants

Apples are a major source of flavonoids and polyphenols, antioxidant-like compounds that protect plants from disease, UV light and other stress and which, when eaten by humans, can reduce the risk of many chronic diseases. The majority of polyphenols found in apples are located in the fruit’s skin—making it critical to eat the whole fruit in order to derive the health benefits. (Apple juice and applesauce don’t have the same benefits.) Generally, the deeper red an apple’s skin is, the more antioxidants it contains, which is why Red Delicious apples are now recognized as one of healthiest varieties to eat.

Cancer Prevention
Studies have shown that eating apples on a regular basis can help prevent or inhibit various types of cancer, including breast cancer, lung cancer and colon cancer. A recent study found that rats given fresh apple extracts had fewer, smaller and less malignant breast tumors than rats who were not given apples.
Blood Sugar Regulation
Good news for diabetics! Early research shows that eating apples can regulate blood sugar. Quercetin and other flavonoids in apples inhibit certain enzymes that normally break down carbohydrates into simple sugars, preventing excess sugar from entering our bloodstreams. Polyphenols found in apples also reduce the rate at which glucose is absorbed from our digestive tracks and stimulates the pancreas to produce more insulin, which helps reduce the sugar load in our bloodstreams.
Lowers Cholesterol
A recent study found that women who ate dried apples every day for six months had a 23 percent decrease in levels of bad cholesterol and a 4 percent increase in levels of good cholesterol. Pectin, a water-soluble fiber found in apples, binds to cholesterol in the gut and prevents it from entering the bloodstream.

Look Younger for Longer

From Cleopatra to today's celebrities, it seems that everyone wants to look younger than their chronological age. And it's no wonder - fair or not, Western society is undeniably youth-oriented. If you look young and have a youthful outlook, it's generally easier to find mates, jobs, or anything else in which appearance plays a part.
So what can you do if you've passed that first blush of youth? Short of elective surgery, which many people either can't afford or don't want to consider, there are a few easy tips you can follow to help your skin look its best, no matter what your age.

1. Wear sunscreen of at least 30 SPF during the day.
Even if it's cloudy, in fact, particularly if it's cloudy, you're being exposed to the sun's rays. Ultraviolet light penetrates clouds and will age your skin from within, meaning that only a UVA+UVB sunscreen or sunblock will protect it.

2. Wash makeup off your face every night.
Tempting though it may be to sleep in your slap, don't do it. Every night you spend sleeping in makeup can add age to your face. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and give your skin a chance to breathe and recover.

3. Go gently when you wash your face.
It may feel good, but scrubbing your skin is ultimately damaging. If you scrub hard enough, you can even irritate it enough to cause outbreaks of acne, which gives you another problem to deal with.

4. Use a good moisturizer day and night.
Your moisturizer is the one product that remains the longest on your face, so choose one that works with your skin type to protect and nourish it. If you need extra help, choose a heavier moisturizer for nighttime to get additional benefits while you sleep.

5. Pay attention to your facial expressions.
Those wrinkles you're trying to get rid of formed mainly because of repeated use of the same facial muscles. If you scowl, even unintentionally, you're likely to get the vertical lines between your eyebrows that make you look angry and older. If you frown, you'll increase the chances of making the corners of your mouth droop into what are called "marionette lines." This isn't to say that you have to walk around with your face in a completely expressionless mask; just be aware of what expression you're wearing and what effect using those muscles may be having on your skin.

6. Don't write off fillers or Botox.
These can work absolute wonders for restoring your youthful appearance without surgery; just make sure that you go to a licensed professional to have such work done.

Follow these tips and you'll be well on your way to a more youthful you!
